Tim’s not a career politician and he’s tired of politics-as-usual in Harrisburg. Tim will work to end political loopholes like the “honor system” that allows state agencies to keep high-dollar, taxpayer funded contracts hidden from the public, so we know where our tax dollars are being spent.
Stacy Garrity is our current Treasurer. She is seeking re-election. She also serves on the board of Bradford County United Way and is a trustee of Guthrie Hospital.

Duane believes governments must understand that “their” money belongs to the taxpayers and must practice the highest standards of fiscal responsibility. Respect for law and order must be demanded and instilled as a core value of our country. Strategic economic development must be pursued to attract and retain employers of choice for our residents. Smart land development principles coupled with open space and conservation initiatives must characterize the future growth path of Chester County. The opportunity for an excellent education must be the expectation and foundation for all students, regardless of background.
