Brandon has led large, complex organizations, managed multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects, and coordinated emergency response efforts impacting thousands of lives. His career has been built on service, accountability, and delivering results under pressure.
A resident of the township for the past five years, Brandon and his family have made West Goshen their home. As a long-term resident, he is deeply invested in the success and sustainability of the community. Andy Rongaus brings 25 years of experience as a civil and criminal litigator, a career marked by protecting Pennsylvania families and upholding justice. A lifelong Chester County resident, Andy grew up in West Goshen Township and is now raising his family in the same community he has always called home.
Andy began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Chester and Delaware Counties, handling serious criminal cases. He later served as Chief of the Drug Strike Force Section in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, overseeing statewide drug investigations involving wiretaps and grand juries. He then became Deputy Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania State Police, managing all civil litigation and legal review for the agency.
Today, Andy is a partner at Siana Law, where he defends civil rights cases and represents police departments and municipalities.
Beyond the courtroom, Andy has spent over 30 years as a volunteer firefighter and currently serves as President of the First West Chester Fire Company. He is also a scout leader, youth sports coach, school volunteer, and serves on the board of the Care Center Foundation in West Chester.
Andy’s trial experience spans all three U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania, over 40 Common Pleas Courts, and the state and federal appellate courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is the only candidate for Magisterial District Judge in Court 15-2-03 who has practiced law in Pennsylvania and experience practicing in Pennsylvania’s Magisterial District Courts.
